Termidor®
termiticide/ insecticide
The most trusted name in termite protection.
We use Termidor – the most effective termite control product available
Termites pose a significant danger to structures and potential indirect health risks to humans. The primary danger lies in the extensive and costly structural damage they inflict on homes and properties, weakening wooden elements like beams, floors, and furniture, and potentially reducing property value.

Initial Inspection & Assessment
A thorough inspection of the property is conducted to identify signs of termite activity and conducive conditions. This includes examining both the interior and exterior of the home. The findings are reviewed with the homeowner to develop an action plan.
Liquid Termite Treatment with Termidor HE
- Application: Termidor HE (High-Efficiency Termiticide) is injected into the soil around the home’s foundation. This creates a comprehensive treated zone around the perimeter of the structure.
- Coverage: Termidor HE can also be applied to garages, sub-slabs, porches, and entire crawl spaces. Its formulation is designed to maximize penetration power, even in large or inaccessible areas.
- Mechanism: Termidor HE is a non-repellent solution, meaning termites cannot detect it, allowing them to unknowingly contact and transfer the active ingredient throughout the colony.

Annual Warranty Inspection
Regular annual inspections are conducted, including checking the crawl space, interior slab areas, perimeter of the home, and bait stations, to ensure continued protection and address any new activity.
This combined approach provides both an immediate protective barrier and a long-term colony elimination strategy, offering robust and lasting protection against subterranean termites.
Installation & Monitoring of Trelona ATBS (Annual Bait Stations)

- Strategic Placement: Trelona ATBS bait stations are strategically installed around the perimeter of the home, typically about 15 to 20 feet apart. These stations are placed in landscape beds or into the ground.
- Termite Discovery and Feeding: When tunneling in search of food, termites encounter the Trelona ATBS bait stations. They feed on the bait, which contains Novaluron, an active ingredient that disrupts their molting process.
- Colony Elimination: Termites that have fed on the bait leave a pheromone trail, recruiting more termites from the colony to the bait stations. As more termites feed on the bait, the active ingredient is spread throughout the colony, leading to its eventual elimination. Trelona ATBS stations have been shown to be found faster by termites compared to leading competitors, leading to quicker colony elimination.
- Ongoing Monitoring and Replenishment: The Trelona ATBS stations are designed for year-round protection. A pest management professional will inspect the stations annually and replenish the cartridges quarterly as needed.
